Matt Hackworth

Matt has spent his life serving others as a journalist, nonprofit leader, ordained minister, and lifelong DIYer who brings hands-on experiences buying and restoring homes.

Matt was born in Georgia, raised in Virginia, and has worked in more than 40 countries. No matter where he’s been, he has always enjoyed helping people with their homes.

Noah Hackworth

Noah started his own business, Hackworth Vacuums, at just 9 years old, turning his passion into purpose.

Noah lives with autism, which means he sees the world a bit differently. A member of the Oxford High School Class of 2023 and its Hall of Fame, Noah enjoys helping people and making friends wherever he goes.

Wayne Irby

Wayne is a licensed general contractor who has worked around construction his entire life. Although he spent many years in corporate finance, his passion has always been building and improving homes for families. After living in Oxford for more than 30 years, he has become deeply connected to the community and is an active member of Christ Presbyterian Church. Wayne especially enjoys the restorative work of home repairs and takes pride in helping homeowners maintain and improve the places they live.

Dee Walker

Dee was born and raised in Oxford, Mississippi, and built a career in corporate construction and energy management. Through years of experience, she developed strong practical skills in repairs, home improvements, and problem-solving projects that help homes function better. Dee believes good work should be honest, dependable, and done with genuine care for clients and neighbors. She is an active member of First Presbyterian Church of Oxford and enjoys participating in mission and service work. Dee takes pride in using her hands-on approach to help neighbors care for and improve the places they call home.

Natalie Prather

Natalie was born and raised in Oxford, where she spent much of her childhood in her dad’s woodworking shop. That early hands-on experience helped spark her interest in building and home projects. She later built a background in corporate construction but has found that she most enjoys working directly with homeowners to help them care for and improve their homes. Natalie is also an active member of College Hill Presbyterian Church.
